Collyn West, Clinical Nurse Leader, VA Puget Sound Healthcare System
Collyn West is a Clinical Nurse Leader at the VA Puget Sound Healthcare System. Collyn earned a Bachelor's of Science in Biology/Anthropology from Western Washington University and then attended Seattle Pacific University and was awarded a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing. Collyn began her career with the VA as a Registered Nurse in the Progressive Care Unit. After three years, Collyn accepted a position as an Assistant Nurse Manager. In 2014, Collyn returned to school and earned her Master's in Nursing and her certification as a Clinical Nurse Leader and has been practicing in this role ever since. In her spare time, Collyn enjoys reading, travelling, and spending time with her husband, two kids, and their dog, Max.

Kristin Deal, Software Engineer Lead II, Microsoft
Kristin Deal has a BA in computer science and business. She currently works at Microsoft as a software engineer. She's worked on many interesting products including web services and applications for PCs. Before Microsoft Kristin worked at Liberty Mutual Insurance. She had worked as an Information Technology intern while studying for her degree.

Laurie Benton, Managing Scientist, Exponent
Laurie Benton is a geochemist that specializes in environmental forensic questions related to legal claims. He work involves chemical finger printing, historical reconstruction of chemical releases, and data optimization. These analyses can be used to determine insurance coverage, property damage, and personal injury claims. Laurie has degrees in earth sciences, geochemistry and geosciences.

Jennifer Lesher, Aircraft Maintenance Technician, Delta Airlines
Jennifer Lesher has been working as an aviation maintenance technician for almost 5 years. She became qualified for the position through taking an aviation program at South Seattle Community College. Prior to this position Jennifer worked at Microsoft as a Global Program Manager where she lead taking Microsoft products to market. She was recognized for taking on programs that were struggling to be successful and turning them into successful programs. She has a BA degree in Humanities from the University of Chicago.
